Non-Refundable: All ready-made and couture porter dresses are final sale and cannot be refunded. These items are made with the highest level of detail and precision, making each piece unique and valuable.

Exchanges: We offer the option to exchange your item within 10 days of receipt, should you need a different size or have any other concerns. The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and unworn. Please reach out to our customer service team to start the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Bespoke and Custom-Made Orders

Non-Refundable: Orders that involve custom tailoring or are specially made for you are non-refundable. This includes any custom designs or alterations requested by the client. These pieces are created specifically to meet your individual needs, making them one-of-a-kind and exclusive to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the replacement.
